Silamax® has a particularly beneficial effect on articular problems. Through its stimulating action on the suppleness and tonicity of the collagen fiber, organic silicon has a very efficient action on the whole matrix of the human being. Real «engine molecule», it potentialises the beneficial effects of the combined elements: Glucosamin and Chondroitin, contributing to the suppleness and well-being of the joints.

* Composition
- Silicon Element (Mono-Methyl-Silane-Triol): 1000 mg/l
- Glucosamin (crustacean's shell): 30 g/l
- Chondroitine (skate's cartilage): 10 g/l
- Natural Vanilla flavour
- Distilled water, filtered with active carbon: qsp 1 measuring cap / 500ml
- Sodium Benzoate - Potassium Sorbate

* Organic Silicon. Naturally mineral, Silicon is called Organic Silicon when present on the human body under a chemical "disguise" which allows it to be totally assimilated. The form of Silicon which is best assimilated is Silanol (Monomethyl silane triol). The trace element Silicon is essential in many domains:
- It regenerates and structures the collagen fibres constituting the matrix of the whole human body (articular, muscular, tendinous tissue; inside surface of the vessels, dermis, internal organs...).
- It reinforces the communication between the cells.
- It potentialises the action of the combined active ingredients:

* Glucosamin. It is made up by the body from an amino acid and glucose. It plays a major role in the maintaining of the joints' cartilage. If, because of a metabolic deficiency with an increase of the ageing process, the body no longer produces enough glucosamin, the cartilages degenerate and osteoarthritis can appear. An intake of glucosamin delays the degradation of cartilages and stimulates the creation of the cells which they are composed of. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect.

* Chondroitin. It is an essential constituent of cartilage and it is naturally produced by the body. It contributes to the forming and the upkeep of cartilaginous tissue, the rôle of which is to ensure the strength and suppleness of the joints. Chondroitin is considered as a means to soothe the pains caused by osteoarthritis, and beyond this symptomatic effect, to contribute to slow down this illness which is characterized by the degeneration of articular tissues.
